HEALTHCARE
All Georgians, no matter their circumstances or background, should be able to see a doctor when they need medical care. Now as we face a global pandemic, our state must work to ensure access to quality, affordable healthcare. In these uncertain times, we must invest in the health of our community to build a future where your income doesn’t determine the quality of care you receive.
ECONOMY
As an accountant and small business owner, I know the value of a dollar. When we invest in our greatest resource – the people of Middle Georgia – we can become a leader in the 21st century economy. By building a strong local economy, we can ensure Georgians have stable, good-paying jobs that treat us right.
EDUCATION
Before anything else, I’m a father of two kids who attend public schools. A decade of budget cuts and bad policy decisions have hamstrung educators. And continuing down that path is unacceptable. We don’t need more layers of oversight or alternatives – we need to support and empower our teachers and students.
VETERANS
I am part of a long line of servicemen and servicewomen who know what it means to sacrifice for our country. As a veteran, and as an American, we must honor the selflessness of our active duty and retired military personnel through policy, not just platitudes. That means protecting their healthcare, and strengthening opportunities for returning service members.
RIGHT TO VOTE
Every Georgian ought to be able to hold their elected officials accountable at the ballot box, no matter what. That means making it easier to vote, fighting gerrymandered districts, and protecting the constitutional right to vote.
ETHICS
I’m a firm believer in transparency and accountability. While government can seem intentionally bureaucratic and inefficient, we need to remember that it exists to serve our interests. As your State Representative, I’ll work to keep things simple—and I’ll do it with integrity. That means stricter ethics laws, fewer handouts for lobbyists and corporations, and keeping our promises to the public.
